The little smile doesn’t

Bold up, so I can’t add a little picture, or smilie when I post.

Has happened for about 4 days now.

On the menu bar in the Reply box below - there's a little symbol that looks like a gear. If you are on a computer and hover, it says "Toggle BB code." Click that. Does that bring back your formatting ability and Smilies? It probably got hit accidentally and turned off.
